The jacket has the ample fit for chubby Americans. It's not form fitting. If that's what you're looking for, get a different jacket. I wear between L and x-Large for shirts/jackets and the Large is very roomy and the sleeves are long. I can see using it for workouts - outdoor runs on cold winter days. Good for wearing inside when room temperature is in the mid 60's. Quality is very decent for the price. About a third the cost of comparable The North Face fleece. On Amazon the price fluctuates from day to day - $25 to $36 depending on the color/size. There was no size variation between the two L's that I got.

Had this jacket for about a month now and all I can say is it's awesome! Perfect for rain and a pretty damn good wind breaker as well. I can't say it's completely waterproof because I haven't been in a monsoon rainstorm but it's kept me dry for every other rain storm. Also it packs up so if you don't need it right now but maybe later for like a camping trip or something you can pull it out and put it on.

Instructions: the left pocket has a label inside that says "packable" turn that guy inside out and stuff the rest of the jacket on in there.

About the size of a normal picture 6"x4" and the width of maybe 3-4" probably depends on how well you stuff it in there. Hope this helps!

I buy a pair of Merrells twice a year for work. I work 12 hour shifts where I'm on my feet most of the time and have dealt with Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis in the past, so I'm picky about shoes. These were a bit larger in the toe box than most of my Merrells, but nothing I couldn't get used to. My usual 8.5 fit right everywhere else. The color of these is so fun, very cute. I loved how grippy they were, they were perfect for the hospital floor. Sadly, after one shift in these, my plantar fasciitis was coming back, and my hips and knees were killing me. I can't pin down where the problem is, but the arch support seems to be lacking compared to my others. Have to return them.

I needed to buy black shoes to use for work and it needed to be one that feels comfortable for walking and standing all day. I was starting to get major heel pain with my previous shoes and after reading the reviews on this one, I pull the trigger on it. The shoes are surprisingly comfortable when walking. The insole in thick and the cushion has nice recovery on it so every step feels very comfortable.

For standing all day though... it's not that great. While the insole cushion has nice recovery, when walking, it bottoms out too easily. Stand in one position too long and it starts to feel like any other shoes with mediocre insoles. Arch support is okay, but not great either.

All in all, I would say that these shoes are great for walking as the name states, but if you're doing more standing than walking, I would suggest a different shoe.

Sadly we had to return these even though they were so incredibly cute because they were a narrow shoe by our standards. That being said, I do order wide when it's an option, so I knew it would be a gamble on the fit. If your child also has a wide foot, don't bother. :(
